Understanding Your Interview Performance

Preparing for investment banking interviews is challenging. You practice hundreds of questions across technicals, behaviorals, and industry knowledge. But how do you know if you're actually improving, and where to focus your time?

That's where Performance Analytics comes in.

Performance Analytics is a new feature that helps you understand your interview performance over time. It shows you where you excel, where you need improvement, and what you should focus on next.

Key Insights at a Glance

Performance Analytics provides three critical insights:

  • Performance Over Time: Track your average scores across interviews to see if you're improving and identify trends in your preparation.
  • Strengths & Weaknesses: Understand which question types you excel at and which ones need more work.
  • Focus Areas: Get data-driven recommendations on where to concentrate your practice time for maximum impact.

Whether you're just starting your prep or fine-tuning before interview day, Performance Analytics helps you practice smarter, not harder.

How It Works

After completing and receiving graded evaluations for at least 2 interviews, Performance Analytics automatically generates insights based on your interview history. You can view your performance across different time periods to see how you're progressing.

The analytics dashboard breaks down your performance by question type, difficulty level, and topic area. It also highlights your strongest and weakest areas.
